Day 2 (There came the hectic moment!~)

Hired a driver cum tour guide for our next 3 days trip, the charge is quite reasonable as we managed to negotiate for rp.300K+ around rm100/ day ^^ A humble &friendly guy (Like!) He was really helpful on our request, in fact, we managed to negotiate for 4-5 places in a day hehehe Regretted to take a pic of him though

Recommend us to Tanah Lot temple, temple standing on a rock formation in the sea("Temple of Land in the Middle of the Sea”) It is said to be a holy place to worship the Balinese sea gods. At the base of the rocky island, poisonous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders…;(

There was a ceremony going on for Galungan festival, prayers were in their uniforms~

It was high tide (in the morning), you will see the temple is surrounded with water and we started to take some shots on the surrounding water...

And of course, some cute ang mohs in sarung *droolsss*

Wave shooting at Tanah Lot Temple, Bali… It was so nice to do nothing but just to look at the sea and listen to the sound of the sea…

Dropped by along our way for our early lunch to try their famous Babi Guling (Suckling Pig) ^^

It's similar with the roasted pork in Malaysia, is just that theirs are roasted in Bali special recipe (nice!)
There were vegetables, intestines, crispy pork skin, roasted pork, spicy special sauce and rice in the package ^^

We then, proceed to Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park located at Nusa Dua. The entrance fee was rp.50,000 per person (which was the highest entrance fee among the tourist attraction in Bali)

It is devoted to the Hindu god Vishnu, and his mount, Garuda, the mythical bird who is his companion~
That was the Mythical bird - Garuda Statue!

After the main entrance, we walked pass the lime stone- it was a nice spot for some photography, so, we took our chance ^^

The Flying Fox activity also available ^^

We continued to climb up the staircase and reached the Hindu God Wisnu statue (without hands)~

And we managed to sneak in to a statue of Vishnu's hand __y

The next stop we went straight to the ancient Pura Luhur Uluwatu temple
Once you pay the entrance fee, you will be given the 'Sarong' to respect to the Holy Temple

** Note: The temple was full of nasty monkeys though, had our fears they might steal our hat or sunglasses!

We climbed on the edge of steep cliffs and we were impressed by this breathtaking view of the cliff!

It took d an hour or so to finish taking beautiful views of the Indian Ocean ^^

Managed to take a shot of these two lover butterflies on d’s shoulder! ~*.*~

Dreamland beach, it is said to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali ^^
Had our char grilled corn-on-the-cob ^^

Located near Jimbaran Bay, which we planned & heading for our dinner :)

Dreamland Beach has soft white sand and the beach is cleaner than the beaches in the main tourist areas- look at the crowd!

Jimbaran Bay

We chose this restaurant was because of the good reviews from the Internet, is nice if you are going for grilled Balinese seafood ^^

Managed to catch the beautiful sunset over here ^^

At night, we even had the accompany of moonlight and a small Un-Plug band! But, need to pay though =.=

Overall, the food was not too bad but it was slightly overpriced~
Kuta’s nightlife

We had our night stroll along the clubs at Kuta’s beach road ^^

And end up at Hard Rock Cafe right at the beginning of Kuta's beach road with live music from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m

We had fun and good times, the live music was amazing!

We even got ourselves lovely Hard Rock Café tees #^_^#
